Paul Midgley BA

Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 1981. He has nearly 30 years experience of general litigation but now specialises in Wills, Probate, care of the elderly and Family Law matters.

Paul was for 10 years a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and still deals with adoptions, divorce, matrimonial, property and finance and cases involving children.
Joe Longstaff LL.B
As well as dealing extensively with general areas of non-contentious work, Joe has over 35 years experience of Probate, Wills and care of the elderly. Joe has been a Solicitor since 1974.

From a farming background himself, he has a particular interest in the farming community and matters relating to agricultural land.

Our Support Staff
Our probate and care of the elderly client staff, Margaret Parsons and Maria Appleby each have many years experience in their areas of work. Each case is assigned to one of our Solicitors working with individual support staff members.
